Come Follow Me 2020: Jacob 1-4
This week Jacob takes over the record and immediately starts calling people out for trying to get rich and sleep with a lot of partners. Doesn't sound like things have changed much in 2,500 years. Some of the things we talk about include why I think Nephi was actually the first king of the Nephites, and why he may have had to pass the plates to Jacob because his own children might have already died. Also, Jacob explains why the Nephites aren't justified in their elitist discrimination against the Lamanites. Enjoy listening, and keep up the fight!
Note on endorsement: This podcast is an independent production and does not officially represent the US Army or the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. As a chaplain in the US Army, I am "endorsed" by (or rather, my endorsing agent is) the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. All Army chaplains must possess an ongoing endorsement by a faith group recognized by the Department of Defense.
